Personality: Gifted with expertise in biology and technology, Darcie is one of the head techs in the medical bay on the TEXIN base ship. She's quick to solve almost any problem, and will run test after test until she finds a solution. Her interests include fashion and jogging, though she can also often be found giving advice to those who need it.
Main Flaw: Darcie has a tendency to get wrapped up in projects or tests, and can sometimes let it consume her to the point of pulling her away from socializing or sleeping.

Personality: Big, brave and without fear - Louka was born to be a warrior. From selling himself willingly into the gladiator arena as a teenager to support his family, to being hand picked to guard Xachariah; Louka has never been short of adventure. Rarely without an easy smile and a smooth, practiced politeness, he's friendly and charming to talk to, though his sheer dedication and sense of honor to his causes can be fearsome. Though not highly educated, Louka is trained in several martial arts and weaponry sets, and when he's able he's a surprisingly good whittler, caregiver and makeshift tailor.
Main Flaw: When it comes to Louka's lines of work it has been ingrained into him over the years that he is expendable. Due to this he often lives his life for other people rather than himself, and he has a rather blasé attitude to his own needs and mortality.

Rosaline "Rosie" Elizabeth Kelly

Gender: Cis Female (she/her)
Personality: Rosie may seem polite and harmless on account of her Minnesota accent and charming demeanor, but don't let that fool you. With a blackbelt and flexibility that landed her a position as a TEXIN yoga instructor, Rosie isn't one to be tested. Many of the recruits look up to her(metaphorically) as a mentor and authority figure, even though she's pinned almost all of them to the gym mat at least once.
Main Flaw: Rosie isn't always on top of her impulse control, and can tend to have a "punch now, ask questions later" attitude.
Rory Thomas St. Laurent
Age: 25
Height: 6'2"

Gender: Cis Male (he/him)
Personality: Rory may be strong as a tank and just as tall, but he hasn't let that harden his heart. Rory is a fierce friend and a genius tech wiz, smart enough to become Richie's unofficial tutor. He also has a knack for being a source of emotional stability in addition to physical stability. He will always listen if a friend needs him, and he'll do his best to provide comfort and validation to anyone in need.
Main Flaw: Rory doesn't always consider his well being before going out of his way to take care of others. This sometimes causes him to skip meals, miss out on sleep, or sometimes get hurt while trying to make sure someone he cares for is safe.
Maguire "Maggie" Lauren Galloway

Gender: Trans Male (he/him)
Personality: Maggie is many things, but apologetic isn't one of them. Growing up, he was quite the trouble maker, and while his behavior has improved since then, he's still fairly extreme in his extroversion. Maggie met Richie during their first debriefing as new recruits, and they've got on swimmingly ever since. While he's not a huge fan of violence, Maggie takes his job as a soldier very seriously, and his skill set includes martial arts and extreme firearm accuracy.
Main Flaw: Maggie's unapologetic and outgoing personality can sometimes land him in trouble or get him misunderstood, which can lead to him ending up in arguments and sometimes fights that were never necessary.
August Nicholas Burnell
Age: 21(later in story)
Height: 5'8"
Birthday: February 12, 2539
Gender: Nonbinary (he/him, they/them)
Personality: August is a florist and business student who meets Louka in the second part of the story. He's very friendly and kind, with a knack for all things beautiful. Outwardly he's quite confident, but he has some underlying self confidence issues and insecurities. His interests include plants, festivals, and cozy coffee shops.
Main Flaw: Due to some past relationships and experiences, August has learned to hide parts of himself from people and be ashamed of some of what makes him who he is.
